    Collin Roche | Co-CEO and Managing Director, GTCR

    Collin Roche joined GTCR in 1996 and is a Co-CEO and Managing Director of the firm. Prior to his time at GTCR, Collin was an Associate at EVEREN Securities in Chicago and an Analyst with Goldman Sachs & Company in New York. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in political economy from Williams College.

    Collin was previously the head of the Financial Services & Technology group at GTCR. He is a Director of Allspring Global Investments, AssetMark, CAPTRUST, Concord Servicing, Foundation Source, R&T, Ultimus Fund Solutions, Winged Keel, and Worldpay. Collin was previously a Director of GTCR investments including Aligned Asset Managers/The Townsend Group, Callcredit Information Group, Cambridge Protection, Convergex, Dash Financial LLC, Fundtech, HSM Electronic Services, National Processing Company, Optimal Blue, Premium Credit Limited, PrivateBancorp, Protection 1, RevSpring, Skylight Financial, Syniverse, Transaction Network Services, TransFirst, and VeriFone.

    Collin stays involved in the community with various charitable institutions and is a board member of Freedom House, a Washington-based nonprofit. In addition, he is active in supporting the educational missions of Harvard Business School and Williams College.

    Michael Hollander | Managing Director, GTCR

    Mike Hollander joined GTCR in 2008 and serves as a Managing Director. He previously worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a New York–based private equity firm, and Fremont Partners, a private equity group located in San Francisco. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mike holds a BS in economics with concentrations in accounting and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors and was a recipient of the Sol Feinstone Award.

    Mike is a Director of Allspring Global Investments, AssetMark, CAPTRUST, Concord Servicing, R&T, Ultimus Fund Solutions, and Winged Keel. He was previously a Director of past GTCR investments including Callcredit, Optimal Blue, Premium Credit Limited, and The Townsend Group. He has played an instrumental role in GTCR’s investments in Ironshore and PrivateBancorp.

    Mike serves as Chair of the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery and is on the Board of Directors of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, where he serves on the Audit and Risk Committee.

    David Lalo | Director, GTCR LLC

    David Lalo joined GTCR as a Vice President in 2019 and became a Director in 2023. Previously, he worked as an Associate at Bain Capital and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. David holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College.

    David is a Director of AssetMark and R&T and works closely with Allspring Global Investments, Ultimus Fund Solutions, and Winged Keel. He was previously involved in GTCR’s investment in Optimal Blue.

    Michael Lomio | Director, GTCR LLC

    Michael Lomio joined GTCR in 2016 and became a Director in 2024. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays. Michael holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics and psychology from Williams College, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

    Michael is a Director of AssetMark, Cisive, and itel, and works closely with CAPTRUST. He was previously involved in GTCR’s investment in Paya.

    Lou Maiuri | Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of AssetMark

    Lou Maiuri brings over three decades of financial services experience to the role, with a track record of driving innovation, growth, and operational success.

    Lou joins AssetMark following a tenure at State Street, where he served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Investment Services. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing global investment services, managing over 30,000 employees, and leading initiatives that enhanced the firm’s technology, operations, and client outcomes. Lou is known for his commitment to building high-performance team cultures.

    Before joining State Street, Lou held senior roles at BNY Mellon and co-founded Eagle Investment Systems, which was later acquired by BNY Mellon. He began his career in the early 1990s at State Street as a VP of Technology.

    Lou is committed to community impact, serving on the Boston Public Library Fund Board and supporting the Esperanza Academy in Lawrence, MA.

    Michael Kim | Chief Executive Officer and President of AssetMark

    Michael Kim is Chief Executive Officer and President of AssetMark. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he has set the strategic vision for the firm, which encompasses AssetMark’s platform of curated investments, technology solutions, business consulting, operations support, and acquisitions that serve the best interests of financial advisors and their investors.

    Michael joined AssetMark in 2010 and has held a number of leadership positions, including Head of National Sales and Consulting, Chief Client Officer, and President (2021–Present). Michael was instrumental during AssetMark’s leveraged buyout transition to Genstar in 2013, its sale to Huatai Securities in 2016, its IPO in 2019, and its sale to GTCR in 2024.

    Before joining AssetMark, Michael was a Senior Vice President at Fidelity’s Institutional Wealth Services. He began his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand, LLC.

    Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

    Doris Meister | Financial Services Leader

    Doris Meister has been a financial services CEO with twenty-five years of experience and deep expertise in strategy, business transformation, finance, investments, distribution, and governance. She joined the AssetMark board in November of 2024.

    Leading wealth and investment management organizations, Doris retired as Chairperson and CEO of Wilmington Trust, a wholly owned affiliate of M&T Bank. Under her leadership, she completed the transformation of the Wealth and Investment business, developed a multi-segment strategy, shifted the company’s culture, and added multi-asset class investment strategies, planning, and private banking capabilities.

    Doris holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Smith College.

    Lisa Opoku | Chief Operating Officer, FS Investments

    Lisa Opoku is an experienced leader with 20 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer at Goldman Sachs, working in New York, London, and Asia Pacific. She joined the AssetMark board in December of 2024.

    Lisa serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FS Investments, a role she has held since March 2024. Prior to this, she had a career at Goldman Sachs, including roles as Global Head of the Goldman Sachs Partner Family Office in Asset and Wealth Management, Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Engineering, and Managing Director/Partner, Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Pacific Securities Division, based in Hong Kong.

    Earlier in her career, Lisa practiced as a Corporate Attorney in Silicon Valley, focusing on venture capital financings, and in New York, specializing in distressed debt transactions. She began her legal career as a Corporate Tax Attorney in Washington, D.C.

    Lisa holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota.
