    Time Off

    It’s important to maintain a balance between work and life. That’s why AssetMark provides salaried employees with unlimited flexible time off plus 10 paid sick days, and hourly employees receive 20 days of paid time off, 5 paid sick days, and one floating holiday annually. All employees are eligible for 11 paid holidays, a paid volunteer day every year, and additional time to serve jury duty, military service, or bond with a new baby or child.
